Louis's music venues, my sisters lives there and always brags about the great concerts! 

The title of this thread made me think of a musical in the early 60's, "The Music Man", most here probably never saw it, but look it up, it was a big hit. 

Have some background music for video and don't talk unless you have a perfect script.You can do it easy with help of a freind for moving and vacuuming the floors so they look untouched.

The well known "Music City" is really a music city, with concerts and music somewhere every night of the week.  

Things I do for fun: Bourbon (before you ask, Bulliet 10 year), Cigars(Padron little hammers and Roma Craft Neanderthals), canoeing, shooting recreationally, playing music with my friends, and of course video games (I'm 22, give me a break).

I work full time overnight Wednesday through Friday and have 4 days off per week that allow me to pursue my two passions, music and real estate.
