Yeah Krav is really fun. With the weights I do not train to get big.I train now for power and speed for all of my martial arts techniques. Many of the people doing weights will not stretch and then be bulky but have no flexibility,no endurance as they do limited cardio, and the muscle group movements are slow and sluggish. There are a few exceptions of course. Each time they do heavy weights you have to really stretch out the muscle to keep it pliable. The muscle fibers tear down each time and rebuild thicker. You have to stretch to keep the flexibility with adding the mass.I haven't gotten as serious into my training lately as I want to.I am going to buy one of the weight vest soon.I like the quality of www.weigthvest.comI will get the 150 pound version but will start out small at 10 pounds and work up.It's just like when we break boards. If you try to break 5 or 6 at once you break your hand if you haven't done it yet.The reason is you do not have proper technique down yet and your bone structure isn't ready for the force yet.You start off small with one board and then slowly over time your bones will get denser to adjust to the load and you increase the board count.

And so almost immediately after graduating college and launching myself into a very modest entry level career, I decided I was going to buy a Ford Mustang Cobra and turn it into one of the “sickest” street cars around…something worthy of being placed on the glossy pages of a magazine.Roughly $17,000 later – mostly financed – I was sitting behind the wheel of my very own slice of raw, American muscle.
