If they have a problem with it they can move out.

Out-of-state investing is another solid move if you have a strong property manager.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

I'm making some pretty big moves right now and changing my business plan in a new direction, so I don't want to die of shiny object syndrome, but this method really speaks to me.

We live in Wisconsin so it will be a hike but we plan to move to where we are starting to invest.

Some will let you rent your primary and still do a DSCR loan on the subject, however, this would come with the added scrutiny of really documenting and evidencing you have no intention of moving in to the subject.
