I've gotten a few bites and some apps but mostly dead beats with evictions and bad rental history. 

As to your numerical goal, you can certainly exceed that (and ultimately by a large margin).Most would-be real estate investors get distracted along the way but have lots of smart phone apps.

At one time I was looking at mobile homes in certain areas.

The two earliest popular and successful “gurus” were Jimmy Napier, whose speciality was investing in notes, mobile homes, and real estate “exchanging”, and John Beck, whose speciality was tax auctions, and complex series of exchanges in which John used near worthless lots acquired for pennies at tax auctions at full tax assessed value for exchange purposes, usually as a downpayment, or as collateral for a private note.

More importantly, since Salesforce is the leading CRM out there, people write apps and integrators automatically. 

I'm sure your cost of living is less given you're in the RV, can be mobile (see the country, work remotely) etc.

The problem is, you pay to skip trace, then the numbers have to be verified through the SMS APP and so far, at least for us- we lose about 35% of contacts after skip tracing, apparently because they aren't "verified". 

Mobile lenders also do not seem to want to lend on it due to the mixed nature of it.
