Promissory note on manufactured home for 5 years.

It's hard to differentiate between manufacturers' warnings that are extra cautious to avoid liability and real issues.I'm currently running a sample of the flooring under a water faucet in an attempt to see what happens.Thanks in advance for any advice!

Currently in Rhode Island we have seen a boom in our blue collar base due to defense contacts with some of our more larger companies within the state and with the States focus on investing in manufacturing  has helped build a solid base for blue collar. 

The property is a manufactured home.

To get a feel for the area we first did a remodel on a manufactured home.

The glass top / cooktop part is no longer manufactured.

Or what if global warming/wildfires are worse than predicted, or a major employer leaves the area(think Kodak/Rochester, car manufacturers/Detroit, etc.)

This is NOT the case with a modular or manufactured home that has been moved from one location to another. 

Since getting here we remodeled a manufactured home in La Pine, OR, and sold it right away.
