We were told that local legislation prohibits draining into septic system or into street gutter and the only legal draining was into own's household sink drainage system.

How seriously are these ordinances followed/enforced?

@James Carlson I doubt most people are following those occupancy limits and they are probably only enforced when people are causing trouble. 

Arguably this legislation violates the 14th amendment... ... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law

The city will condemn it with code enforcement and the police will move the people right out, immediately. 

That may not be doable at that price point, but keep it in mind.Hillsborough and Tampa say they have a 7 day minimum;  I've never heard of anyone enforcing it. 

The gov signed into law some legislation that is unfortunately good for insurance companies/bad for anyone making a claim but that brought companies back in the market at the increased competition drove the rates down.

Our bank did say the 60 day rule wasn’t really enforced though.

That sometimes catches people via a news story or law enforcement site.Question: if their felony arrests are disclosed, why are you still looking into them? 

My take is that predatory practices and threats must be controlled, and housing quality must be enforced.
