If it was up to me I would just given the whole thing away and forgot about it but my wife, thankfully, has the brains to think logically and not give up everything we've worked for.We were pretty hesistant to lead Travis on with big expectations so we started the partnership with $1,000 buy-in and 5% ownership with the promise of being able to increase the partnership in time.

I will say that they were very pleasant and extremely friendly and helpful.

If an asset is priced intrinsic in times when the cost of capital is higher relative to the last 15 years that should be the most suspicious.

They are getting beat up in the forums here.However, I wonder if their investors, though angry now, will in time greatly prefer this approach to the extend and pretend approach of those raising rescue preferred equity, or those calling more capital on deals that have little to no equity in them, even after the call.

I personally like to stay in mine for 3 days atleast while I setup to know my properties more intimately and to work out the bugs which would be problems for guests.

Regardless, there needs to be a real estate transaction where there is a seller and a buyer, where the seller issues a warranty deed that guarantees that the purchase and the sale contain a valid transfer of ownership with no unknown encumbrances or other issues.No, you can't go back in time and obtain or issue a warranty deed with your dad.
