hello everyone  first post on this site ,I would like to thank everyone on this site for all the information and advice. reading as much as I can to get informed on the real estate game .playing catch up just so much information .bigger pockets thank you for all that you do.

I'm also interested in rehabbing the property I want to be completely immersed in the environment. 

I’ve been immersed in the BP podcast while studying civil engineering, and I can either do an engineering internship this summer, or shadow an investor.My long term goal is renting and holding mobile home parks and mini storage units, but I’d like to flip some smaller properties to get started.

They are usually hard-working aspirational people that are immersed in real estate and self-improvement.Sure, intelligence is a big part of many people's success but skills can be learned. 

I'm also wondering, apart from typical research, what is the best way to immerse yourself in the industry?

Let that soak in.Don't loose the fire... but if you don't have a money to loose ... immerse yourself in learning.

I still use a standard reel tape measure - when it's a game played in half inches you need the accuracy.

So I really want to immerse myself full time in the real estate world and I am working a full time job in a hospital that I am not totally in love with but it pays pretty well.

Immerse yourself in the world of real estate investing.  

I am an investor myself, so I have immersed myself into learning and knowing the terminology, how to run rents, comps and ARVs (it is different from a regular homeowner).
