Does anyone utilize high interest savings accounts for their cash flow.

We have been doing this constantly in Boise as we are such a high appreication market, but still more cost effective than CA.

I would highly recommend @River Sava over there, she's great. 

Forget the course and put that money on a quality vacation short-term rental.  

My advice would be to partner with someone who has additional funds so you can buy something that is of quality. $8k won't get you anything in a class B or A market with 20% down or even 10% down. keep going though!
