Fernando H.One caution about you buying tile and then having someone else install it: They have no concern over waste or mis-cuts.You should have them give you a quantity estimate, agree to a waste factor, and then hold them responsible for any material overrun.

They can rate the area as higher crime based off of quantity not severity.

Quality of NOI & cash flow is every bit as important (I'd argue more important) than quantity.
