My wife and I are interested in owning Multi Family RE. 

RE is a long term game. 

Overall, it seems like the experience will be mostly wholesaling, with a little bit of other types of RE transactions, until I get more experience.Overall, it seems like they started wholesaling years ago, but now do a little bit of everything. 

If the turnkey company gives us an idea what the property is worth, our verification doesn't go back to the turn-key to question about the value, no we instead turn to third party i.e. independent re searches that verify the value - and same with all other information given to us by turnkey companies, realtors, sellers or whomever your are interreacting with."

They made it sound like it was something easy to comply with, but if anyone who is a beneficial owner has their ID expire or they move, you have 30 days to re-submit the paperwork.

Today if you ask the same questions that number tends to be 10k a month of NET cash flow from their RE and they can retire.

I often times bounce questions like this off my local RE attorney first and then move forward quickly.  

When it comes to RE, he is as passionate as it gets!

I'm not sure what the economic conditions are. thats interesting not much in RE.. although the mastermind and RE training space can be HUGELY profitable.
