Even if you could rent it out much more frequently as a STR in the pool how long will it take you to get back your $160K?

I admit I was skeptical at first but it works well and the automation saves me tons of time.

On a rant here, but State Farm cancelled my auto insurance in January due to "frequent claims". 

They are big fish if they are frequently there.

Anyone that is brazen enough to show off how great of a life they are living on instagram, while using that life to attract investors, I am hugely skeptical of. 

It looks like PREIT paid a premium back in 2015 for the property given the development potential which they speak about frequently. 

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

I am extremely skeptical of many subject to deals even before we get to the due on sale fears - and the fact that many deals were previously NOT called  for due on sale in prior years is not a reliable predictor for what WILL happen going forward in this space.

It’s something I see on this board frequently and also hear from others.
