Once you start closing deals or handling larger transactions, form an LLC to protect personal assets, build credibility, and gain tax flexibility.

Kind of like todays guy Pace Morby  lots of BP folks take a shot at him but I bet he has made well over 50  million selling his system.

Others are more flexible.  

I disagree, I had a time when my name and the name on the insurance didn't match and the lender was all over it, regardless of the on-time payments.Your best bet is to refi into a commercial loan that allows the LLC (if you've already purchased the property), or close directly with a commercial loan / DSCR loan.

Extremely difficult to pass and I bet you didn't know that you had to get it reinspected again in three years.

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

While DSCR rates are generally higher than conventional loans, it’s because they offer much more flexibility.

I bet Baby Shark would be an especially annoying song. 

Agree with @Marcus Auerbach - if you want to solve your job problem, look for a job that you like more or has the flexibility you need.
