Good opportunity but ... 

Ending conservatorship presents an opportunity to improve market liquidity, access to mortgage credit and, perhaps most importantly, boost home and apartment construction.Investor Bill Ackman has a fantastic in-depth presentation on why we should end the conservatorship, which is a must-watch.

Originally from Africa, I’ve embraced new opportunities to build a better future, and real estate is at the core of my financial freedom plan. 

However, depending on your budget and ambition, there's opportunity everywhere! 

With hardwork and ceasing opportunities we've managed to be part of this major asset and making it even better.

The fresh perspective from someone outside of my network is crucial, that way my expectations can be closer to reality if I decide to reach out to new contacts for this opportunity. 

Clearly an opportunity to invest in a more landlord friendly state than NY.

Look for properties with high cash flow potential, good condition, and room for improvement, such as value-add opportunities.

Upside though this also creates opportunities I guess.BRRRR could work here I think but would really need to focus on younger stressed properties to get around bank valuation process.

Since this opportunity came up, I've begun to take real estate more seriously as a path to financial freedom.
