Over the course of this month I have been learning everything it is I can about investing in real estate and guess what I'm still just as eager to learn and do as I was when I decided to embark upon this journey!

Volvo just announced a billion dollar plant and Me recedes just announced a 500 million dollar investment.. 14 new hotels under construction with the major cruise ship industry building a embarkation facility which is huge..

All,As I embark on my journey to learn about REI, I was wondering if you guys can help me analyze some numbers.

Negative rates only exist because we are in a yield starved world, financial repression going on and the ECB has embarked on QE.

As an added bonus, i would bet you probably learned a thing or two more about that local market than you did before you embarked on the project.

We plan to embark on this adventure together.
