Hi Everyone

I wanted to take a quick sec to introduce myself to the community. I'm so glad I found this website! I've been in the professional music biz all my life. I write songs for the radio and I own a company that manages and books high-end wedding bands. Been studying REI for years, dabbling here and there. This year, 2015, I finally formed a company with a few colleagues and we just bought our first rental property!

I am eager to learn from everyone here.  This site is such a great idea!   I've been visiting the forums for a few months, and finally decided to get PRO : )  I'm hoping one day I will be able to contribute to the wealth of knowledge in this community.  Thanks BP!
