This whole lawsuit is about NAR and the industry not disclosing or talking about commissions, compensation and how that’s paid.A licensed agent will be held by law to have any buyers they are working with under a buyer/broker agreement, it’s not going to be an option, that’s the past.

I'm sure they got dozens of calls from flaky buyers/ lowballers, agents trying to get them to list with them, wholesalers, spammers, scammers, scheduling showings and having strangers come through their $2M property, or cancelling last minute, or no-showing, qualifying buyers, dealing with unfamiliar contracts and inspection negotiations and then starting over again with a new buyer when the first one backed out, not knowing what they need to legally disclose from that first inspection and what they don't etc.
