The system is somehow disabling ALL my keyword alerts because of this.I haven't received a single keyword alert (including those I click through frequently) in over a week (usually 5-10/day) despite resetting my preferences several times a day.PLEASE DISABLE THIS FEATURE.

Not all lenders track guideline changes.Most lenders base their knowledge around water cooler chit-chat, which is disappointing but true.Classic Example: The Americans with Disabilities Act, and presumably the corresponding mortgage guideline changes, was like 25 freaking years ago, but I still had an older coworker shocked and assume fraud when I did a loan for a guy on temporary disability.

We have moved to hardwired-interconnected with battery backup (in older buildings we use the ones that interconnect wirelessly if we cannot easily pull a 14/3 between the detectors).We also make it very clear in our lease that disabling or impairing the functionality of any fire/gas detection or suppression equipment is a minimum $200.00 fine and cause for termination of the tenancy.
