@Zach Howardyou can usually post enough information in a thread without the address and people will usually happily help you analyze deals. 

We certainly have found some deals that would reduce our living expenses compared to renting.

Water, power (no gas) are billed directly from the utilities company. 

I do deals with friend and family and they are loose because I trust them.
