I've had squatters ( Usually people who got scammed thinking they were talking to  the "owners").

Hiring a company is cool but if you don't have direct supervision of the cold callers, there's tons of scams where the companies are just harvesting leads with your money posing as a lead generation company. 

What if you are trying to scam someone?

It's better to be ghosted than scammed.

Each person further down the line hoping they can scam their way in to get paid, and actually having zero idea who the actual contract holder is or who the seller is. 

My personal interest is in rental property investment. how much minimum income needed to start real estate investing in British Columbia, Vancouver or Alberta, Calgary region. with current affordability I can only purchase one 2 bed condo. with current rental market its not possible to generate +ve cash flow with even 20% Downpayment. curious how people are making money or is this just real estate scam to sell properties? 

And the community calling out the BS specifically.There was a guy recently in these forums that I am as sure of anything in my life was scamming or doing something underhanded.

It's scam.

And with that TRUE passive income, with that money you buy assets.Have diversity.But the whole Real Estate Investing to get wealthy... honestly is a scam Gurus preach to get money in their pockets.
