Now as stated by another lender on this thread typically banks are going to be good at 45% back end and even more at 43% back end.Fannie Mae uses a system called DU ( desktop Underwritter ) and this is a computer putting in various numbers from you 1003 application.

I use a MacBook Pro so that I can do the creative when I need to and for the longevity and low/no maintenance and no extra security software.I also have a windows desktop, but I used it so little that I converted it to a home theater PC.It is almost time for me to upgrade my laptop.

. :) Sent from my IBM Selectric.I have no idea why that appeared above as I didn't hit quote....see what I mean there Billy...Actually, at one time I wasn't bad with my punch cards, zeros and ones, duplicating fields and loading magnetic disks the size of a 90s desk top....don't know what happened after that era as everything worked so well then.While the ENIAC predated me, I do miss watching the data cards slide by and stack up automatically!

Some aren't comfortable with the unkown so it's beneficial until they get a little experience and confidence.More important is the appraiser and I do pay for desktop appraisals from the lenders appraiser pool for $100.

I use my signatures to insert a standard message to new leads and I haven't found a way to switch through signatures easily like on my Desktop in Outlook.The message is a bit long, so retyping it on my phone when I'm away from my laptop is time consuming.How do you quickly respond to incoming leads that has been effective?
