@Andreas Mathews admirable, but make sure you do some research so you understand what a PM can make.Starting your own PMC business will require 75-150 doors to make a decent living, depending on gross rents and your fee structre.Working for a SFR PMC as a PM, will require a RE license and you usually get paid a percentage of the gross rents the portfolio of owners/properties you manage generates.

You'll be on call 24/7.This is a controversial statement but the average property manager who has proven systems in place can most likely manage around 80-100 properties on their own, maybe more or less depending on how many hours they want to work.

Agreed... depends on your skill level.. if you have no experience at real estate other than maybe buying your personal resi.. and want to venture into this I can't see how the course would not be a good use of funds.if you have 20 years as an experienced investor or real estate broker then the course maybe is not needed.. but the contacts I am sure are worth every penny..
