I have bought a few SFH and have them rented out, now im thinking on doing some Multi Family's and would like  to pick your brain on a few things.

I've seen it happen too often - investors using brains are no match for home buyers using hearts.At any rate, there is no reason for you to rehab the tenant-occupied unit beyond basic liveable condition since the rent will be low.  

So far I have binged on the podcast, about 21 episodes in 4 days, the podcast is basically a download to the brain matrix style.

If at all possible, I would love to meet up with you over coffee to pick your brain on REI in general and specifically what you look for in the Columbia area.I'm looking to buy my 3rd investment property in the next 2-3 months so I'm starting the searching process soon.

I've even recently been looking into opportunities in San Antonio, so would love to pick your brain on that market too.  

Definitely would be interested in picking your brain a bit, particularly looking to build a solid team of trades people who specialize in flipping. 

Our brain is our biggest asset.
