Hi everyone. I'm new to Bigger Pockets and wanted to say hello. My bride and I want to invest in downtown condos in some select markets like KC, but for now we are trying to raise the money and develop the credit to do so. We have the hustle and grit so it's just a matter of time before we develop our portfolio. The Buy/Hold with cash flow strategy is what appeals to us most. We have a business which will produce decent cash for us in the next few years but it is only scalable to a certain point which is why Real Estate investment is a perfect fit. So far I have binged on the podcast, about 21 episodes in 4 days, the podcast is basically a download to the brain matrix style. Podcast 179 is by far my favorite! We will be attending a local REIA event in October to try and kick this thing into gear with some serious networking. Anyway I'm just happy to be part of this awesome community.
