It's great because when you're networking or cruising around town, you can give people an easy domain name that they can remember to look up your property, instead of having to search through all of airbnb/vrbo.

Im in the US Coastguard Stationed in one of the units over by the cruise terminal, I think the ferry will leave from that area.

Eventually I am looking for mentor-ship but I understand we all have to pay our dues at the beginning.

Unless Amazon moves into the RE market, and starts stacking shipping containers, renting them to millenials as studio apts, and undercutting me on price, I'm going to be good. 3) On the other hand, if liquidity dries up nationwide, as it did in 2007-9, I suppose the worst case scenario is that my bank doesn't want to refinance a few of my 5/20 year/am term loans.

Also, was just cruising around on meetup.com in the area, and apparently there is a huge interest for Mooresville Real Estate Investment meetup group.. nobody is doing it, so if we can get a couple of people committed to going, I can organize something, or if someone else wants to put it together, I'd be willing to attend.
