Atleast do as already suggested and let her know that A your not doing ANY of those requests and B you hold the power position and inform her you won’t be taking ANY crap from this point forward

They aren't going to say, "well, the neighborhood is going to crap and I'm tired of the vacancies"...instead, "long time owner wants to retire", "need more space", "job transfer", etc.Get a conversation going first on price (via an offer), then work in these inquiries.

I like this forum but theres just so much crap being said about wholesalers lol.. stop generalizing... there are good and bad wholesalersSame way I don't generalize RE agents like yourself even though everytime I call expired listings I hear the usual " my house is worth 100K but the realtor promised me 2 million for it so I went with him and he couldnt sell it" story... doesnt mean all agents are **** right ?
