If the units are properly zoned than you are in good shape and I would not let this stop you from buying.

So I think it just depends on what the board and community members are willing to take on vs the property management company but they certainly come in all shapes and sizes.

Its in pretty decent shape other than some cleanup and foundation issues.

My crew now has 20 remodels under its belt and 16 or so of these being very extensive, So I do have the means of getting these into shape although to aquire 17 at one time is not what i am accustomed to.
