In CA, the UC systems produces the more theoretical types for engineering, comp sci, physics and math, while the CSU system produces the more practical hands on types, more labs, senior projects, less theory, more practical problems in class...you can get good employees from either system.

Must you protect yourself from dangerous criminals, protect your property from damage, protect yourself from "professional tenants", protect your community from drug dealers and meth labs, protect your hard earned cash, protect yourself from liability suits, protect your family?

I have friends that participate in Pit Bull rescue and they have done wonders to turn around opinions, especially mine (my 5 month old lab puppy was attacked by a pit bull who broke through his own fence to attack my dog, so I was not easily converted), but this is business, so no pit bulls.    

The team chemistry is very noticeable.

I am very determined to get involved in RE and I figured now is the time to make an account and start getting to know some people.I am currently just starting graduate school at CSU in organic chemistry, but I am not sure if I am going to continue or not.

I know too many investors who have had so many expenses due to meth labs and non-paying tenants that you would end up actually paying out on that $1300.
