I think it's more important to have something to do that is both financially rewarding and emotionally fulfilling, if you can find what that is for you.

Wholesaling takes a lot of effort and time but I've seen wholesalers get rewarded for that effort by taking action.

It only makes sense if you plan to pass on real estate. charitable remainder trust 

If you do what they want you are rewarded with lower taxes.
