Is it worth buying outside the centre of Barcelona i.gBadalona, Hospitalet etc.?

I currently live in Singapore with my family.

#s dont look great, but is a nicer area and am seeing a few  at 1500 rent on 160K home (centre of cape coral and away from beaches).Cheers

There could then be commercial or residential next to the light industrial zone.In most cases, planners prefer not to have more residential buildings in industrial zones, though it could be allowed in some older mixed use neighbourhoods, such as areas that were industrial close to a city centre, and slowly residential uses have been allowed to enter these areas and industrial uses get pushed more to the suburbs.

Another good showing is the country of Singapore.

The most likely scenario as an interim solution to traffic problems is that we'll see various regional centers begin to develop around the perimeter of the city, like the Galleria or City Centre in Houston.

In 15s I play centre, but haven't really been too active in 15s.
