I actually have 2 things to celebrate today:1.

After each successful rehab & rental, her, her husband, myself and my wife have a debrief/celebration dinner where we discuss what went well and what we could improve on going forward.  

And about how his small trap-line once yielded a mink, cause for great celebration because the pelt was worth the equivalent of a weeks' wages, if there had actually been jobs at which to earn wages.You know what the takeaway of that story is?  

And its the same for BP the same 10% on this site probably do 80% of the deals being done by all 300k people who have signed up on BP.. that has been what others have said and I would tend to agree.And remember the companies are all interchangeable.. they use some form of fulfillment company to do all the training etc.. the Celebrity personalities are figure heads generally speaking.

When bills came out showing a REDUCTION in the tax rates everyone basically celebrated.

I am amazed at how much Cody must put out in celebrity endorsements for his training.  

I feel ashamed saying this, but I spent on average: 9 Hours a week looking at Facebook photos and status. 7 hours taking “selfies” on snapchat. 5 Hours looking at ridiculous tweets from various celebrities on Twitter.Instead of taking selfies and tweeting, I’m going to refinance my 26.7 hours each week by learning as much as I can about real estate.

I have the opportunity to pay a $179 fee for an event that Flip Fest LA is hosting, which include celebrities like: Josh Altman, Dave Seymour, Tarek and Christina El Moussa, etc.
