Just 4 years ago no one would touch Schenectady with a 100 foot pole but so much has happened in the last 4 years since the Casino.

As a fellow car enthusiast, squashing my desire to purchase a new vehicle is a battle I face almost daily.

I would finance it for the price of approximately 130k after taxes and would pay about 15k to have it installed (which can be financed with the board as well) The billboard company hasn’t given me a down payment amount but I’m thinking I can get it around 5-10% The location is right by the exit for a large casino that is already willing to rent.

In all honesty, I'm enthusiastically looking forward to this year, in connecting with people who are truly passionate about building wealth through RE investing and helps others achieve financial freedom along the way.

I liked going to Las Vegas, but normally stayed on the strip and the casinos.

Agreed @Marcus Auerbach , yes I am super enthusiastic and passionate about it, I guess it came from my parents and grand parents..

On the other hand if you are very conservative then it will be more difficult because some of the most experienced sponsors do not need to use crowdfunding at this stage of the cycle (i.e. they have developed an enthusiastic investor base over the years who will quickly overfund their deals).

The individuals are enthusiastic in the beginning, but end up quitting eventually after making no money.

Building your network is invaluable and you'll find that there aren't many young people actually doing anything in RE so often times experienced investors will be enthusiastic about helping someone your age.
