Do you think it will make you rich?

Asset rich and cash poor works for a while but at a certain point it doesn't. 

If you understand its not a get rich gig or very easy, it can go a very long way.

The bottom line is that he tries to convince you that you can get rich by convincing prospective lease- purchase buyers to pay $8-$10k for the right to sign a lease option contract. 

The first day of the seminar was motivational speaking, telling ppl how to become rich with this deal (still not mentioning anything about buying left overs or OTC deeds)  Every presenter gave same little speech, of course they all said "You don't need money" and keep pushing their lender, which is pretty much themselves with a different name asking for 3% interest a month...

Hi Matthew, start with any free resources we have like social media etc. follow industry leaders and maybe you might interested in my book happy rich and healthy book not just for real estate but also start building wealth without sacrificing your health.

Hiring a lawyer just makes them rich.  

Interesting marketing but in my humble opinion taking $25k from unsophisticated people who want to "get rich" is unconscionable.

I found myself studying Rich Dad Poor Dad and knew that real estate was the journey I was meant to be on.

I ask cause an architect costs money and Im not rich.
