You can read all the opinions on these forums you want, but at the end of the day, you will find people who have been burned by syndications and others that are more than thrilled with their syndication investments.

I would be looking for a deal right now where you gain $100k to $300k instant equity and cashflows. 

That seems like a big cash burn with all this headache.
