It just makes my blood boil.

I'm looking for dense pack blown insulation for the front and rear walls, 2" closed cell foam for my basement w/ exposed joists and possibly doing the floor space between the garage and first floor (it's a 1950s airlite) and the attic. 

The last few hours have been spent wandering around in a quagmire of IRS Publications that have caused the death of extremely valuable brain cells. 

A friend of mine owns a cell tower which pays him out $1,500 monthy.

So what we do have is their driver's licenses and SSNs for all 4, one employer (military base), cell numbers for 3 of the tenants as well as a number to a new business the step father started (I saw the number on his car; no actual location or address exists for this new business that they likely operate from their mobile).Thank you for the suggestion on the collection service and for all your feedback.

Definitely make sure you have cable and cell service at the unit because some don't depending on where in the mountains they are located.

If you do go, it's because you have a sick relative somewhere who needs to see you before they go on to glory -- the best kind of story for that is an expensive one, like a blind half-brother with a rare blood disease who is only free of constant pain in this one remote high-altitude institute in the Cascades...something so outlandish no one would make it up that at the same time implicitly explains why you need the rent checks to be on time.

The kicker is a cell tower with a 50yr lease bringing in $794/mo with 10% increases every 5yrs out back, but unseen from the house.
