Have you ever heard of host GPO?

Are there any strategies here to utilize bank funds for our project?

Are you going to keep the separate bank account, keep corporate minutes?

if so what bank? 

I would get on the phone with a local lender through a local bank. 

@Laurens Van swol a few banks that we've worked with in the past allow you to close in your personal name.

I signed up with them about 3 to 4 months ago, then found out how expensive the loan was to get going with them and told them that I would self finance it instead but they had to cancel the loan first...they use a company called Special Financing Company..the person I spoke to at REI his name is Paul, he said he would take care of canceling the loan, but a month later I realized that they were pulling $599 out of my bank account.

Many community banks will give you credit for proforma rents.  

I don't mean to be a "stick in the mud", but successful SubTo is treated very differently than a bank loan investment property.I've done Subject To for a very long time, been sued over some pretty ridiculous accusations and have had to sue to clear up title.

I am definitely hosting at least 1 open house every weekend and that is actually how I found my first clients!
