This is a fantastic time to be looking at Spain as the prices are at lows and starting to come back up.   

Local STR laws can change within a relatively short time period, and you want to have a backup plan for if/when those changes take place.All the best!

If you've got a big enough day job to back up the mortgage then you'll qualify for 10% and you CAN put it on vrbo when you're not using it.

I have my contractor walk through it instead of a home inspection.Once you do a few, you learn to expect pipe bursts and leaks, sewer backups, etc so just factor those into your rehab estimate.The big question if you are looking to wholesale is -(a) I believe HUD has a restriction on the deed saying you cannot flip/wholesale it.

You could also ask the selling party and/or tenants if they have ever had any sewer line backup issues

Electric range when fully operational all burners and oven are running at same time could draw 50 amps, and an electric dryer up to 30 amps. 

This new construction home that I am planning to buy in a big neighborhood, however the street that the house is on backups to a gas station with the gas station being about > 500ft away with about a green belt of more than 50ft in between.

In my area in Reno Tahoe, Nevada there was a slight dip in rents and now most of that inventory is rented and rents have started to go back up.
