Prices there tend to be fairly high so make sure the financials make sense to you.If you're going the townhome route, make sure you fully understand the rules and regulations of that particular community.

There's no one size fits all approach to real estate investing and depending on your resources, skill set, and capabilities you may excel in one particular market or utilizing a specific strategy whereas another investor will excel using a different approach.

My question is "for anyone with this particular experience" Is it a far fetched idea to do a cash out refi on house "A" to payoff some personal debt and large payment on house "B" to knock down the principal?

I have preferences but not set on any market in particular.

They could have had better affiliates who do a better job on a turnkey property.I have never worked with that particular PM before so I can't speak on whether or not he is any good or not.

There are but we have not continued in that particular area. 

It has gained a lot of interest from millennials and Gen Z in the last few years in particular.

We're wondering about various what-if's though, such as what if the people tear up the place, what if we don't want to rent to someone in particular due to references or credit or pets, etc.
