Hey Joel, Excellent and Valid point for persons holding a larger portfolio than I am.At this point on My investing journey, I consider My time to give haircuts as My advantage against more experienced investors, whom I am actually counting on having that attitude.

I think having personal space is good to an extent but you have to admit sharing less probably changes our attitude and makes us more entitled about space.

Wow , this could be my tenant exactly down to the PITA attitude.

He explained that it was mostly behavioral attitude: cussing him, bugging and irritating him with the silliest demands for repairs, holding rent ransom for up to two weeks for no good reason...

(Attitude-wise at least--I still work full-time!).
