I've been interested in real estate investment since college but I've either been without the capital or without the confidence to take the first step.

I'm looking to attend one of the monthly meet ups soon to help with networking.

There's plenty of info to soak up on BP but make sure you also attend local meet ups, even if they might be on other islands and network with local investors.

I'm a new real estate investor looking to connect with experienced investors, real estate professionals, and other like-minded individuals in the Woodbridge, VA, Baltimore, MD, Hyattsville, MD, or College Park, MD areas.I'm eager to learn from those with more experience and build relationships within the local real estate community.

From my experience, attending local meetups, lending-specific events, and networking with experienced investors can open doors.

College used to be a lot more affordable, I studied in Europe (where college is free) and it blows my mind to see kids with 200k student loan debt trying to get ahead on a 50k job.The housing market has started to drift apart geographically.

Depending on your employer's plans, you may have to use some of your "use it or lose it" benefits urgently.Save for college.

Same type of cars, vacations, toys, kids in college, etc.  

Also can I attend this monthly meeting virtually?

We plan on buying in Columbia sc and im thinking of buying property near the hospitals and college and renting to collage studies and short turn nurse rental.
