I've been a contractor in Chicago, Illinois for over 10 years and I've worked with a number of investors. 100% of them used hard money, pooled their money together, had their own money (business people, athletes, professionals, etc.), or had bank lines of credit.

I just put a home under contract near Bridge Street and Research Park as a rental for for my daughter that's a student-athlete at UAH.

I do not see many pro athletes/actors hurting because of their behavior.

You will notice also that the ones that tend to defend it here on BP usually have a link in their signature to some sort of coaching or system that they themselves sell, no need to say more.There is definitely value in coaching, I've used business coaches in the past and I'm a paid coach for high level athletes.

An unexpected read that really stuck with me and continues to produce positive change in my life is Chris Bosh's new book, Letters to A Young Athlete.

It would be for my daughter who is a student-athlete at UAH and 3 other roommates.

Been well cared for by female athletes on the volleyball team for a number of years.
