Hello, I am in the process of purchasing a land in the Bronx and I am looking for builders & architects to draw up plans and build a 2 family house (4 story).

I need help drafting the plan for one of the structures that will be on the property and am looking for an architect or engineer that would be able to assist.

We had the architect come in and draw up the plans for each unit because we wanted to make bathrooms bigger, shift kitchens, etc.

Aldermen won't get you anywhere- you need a zoning attorney, +architect for all drawings, town meeting with all the neighbors and a variance, which, in Chicago = $$$
