Hello, I am in the process of purchasing a land in the Bronx and I am looking for builders & architects to draw up plans and build a 2 family house (4 story). The land is only 17x100. I have the survey. If anyone has any recommendations or an idea of what cost I should look for, please let me know. Thank you
