Rents are fairly equal as well in comparable sub-markets.Perhaps one distinction might be that for higher priced homes, it seems the South Florida market does have a little quicker absorption timeline.

Yea, the rise of American middle class would be mostly around  Austin, Dallas and Ohio state , huge job growth in there.Just need to wait til the house absorption issue ended , I think TX and OH would be the biggest job frontier in the next 10 years.

MHP are simply not being built much these days.. cities counties have a hard time approving them.. then the absorption given the cost of the land and modern infrastructure requirements make them most challenging at least here on the west coast. if anything they are bought closed and subdivided for stick built housing..
