Best wholesaling/REO flipping markets in Florida?

Hello all,
Firstly, I wasn't sure which category to ask this question in -- sorry if it is misplaced!
I'm moving to Florida around the end of October to get started in wholesaling and flipping REOs. I've been researching a lot, but I'm having trouble deciding where to go. I'm leaning towards South Florida (Miami/Fort Lauderdale) but I also hear a lot about the Tampa Bay area, where all of the gurus seem to be from (is business as great as they make it seem?). SF is very expensive, but maybe it would be worth it if there are a lot of buyers hungry for property. I know there probably isn't one "best" area or city, but any thoughts on the topic would be greatly appreciated.
