I sign as agent of the property or Regional Manager of the mgt co and all rents have always been paid to and gone through my mgt corp.   

It shows most investors they surveyed across the US being bullish to some extent with regard to future values in their region.

Although market fluctuations and regional differences can impact these trends, targeting the late fall and winter months usually provides a greater chance of purchasing a home at a lower cost.

Throw in the fact its a county seat, has access to not only rail, but regional air, three US highways, two state routes and a state park, and I would wager there should be many more than 10,000 people there.

This property has been great, and while our traffic in Nashville in 2020 was extremely low due to COVID, the mountains, lakes and beaches have been booked solid - with people looking for regional vacations they can drive to.Things are picking up in a big way in Nashville, still not back to normal, but picking up nonetheless...

You need a lending and securities attorney.There are some West Coast-based lending attorneys who work nationwide that I have recommended, but you might ask around regionally first.

Neither did i know  of regions like the SE U.S.A.

If you can find a local/regional lender who will do 203k at a competitive rate, I would go that route.
