I can create a excel dashboard with inputs for each, but it is too complex to hand off, and fails to really capture lead types from REIsift effectively.

Call the city and county codes or zoning departments (can be called different names in different areas) and check the regulationsI try to look at as many rental data points as possible including: Airdna, the PriceLabs market dashboard function, Rabbu, and KeyData.

Bench is cheaper but also seems a little more manual, but does have a nice dashboard interface.
