I’m looking for a really good software program for analyzing while sailing deals and market my deals. Any recommendations?

Also, is it necessary to get an LLC to start a business in wholesailing? I have no desire to be a landlord or renovate homes.

I’m a newborn to this business so any information would be most helpful.

@Ebony Mullins I’ve worked with a number of wholesalers who use their legal name on contracts. The primary reason you should move away from doing that...you’re guaranteed to piss someone off. It’s unfortunate but wholesalers have a bad rap when working with people who don’t generate their own leads. If you assign enough contracts, your name can build a negative reputation fast. Hope this helps.
