You study 4 years undergrad 4 years med school and then 3-7 years residency coming out with huge student loans that have been compounding for years by the time you're 30 and your peers have had the ability to save for almost a decade.

They also sent me an on-line tax questionnaire for 2022 that was so granular that I might as well do it myself (my undergrad was accounting).

My wife went to undergrad at UNM, so it's moving back "home" for her after being gone for about 15 years, but I'm new to the area and I'm looking to start investing in the area.

Undergrads last a little longer.

Hi @David Singyee,Similar to you I am one year removed from undergrad and attempting to do my first house hack in the coming months.

I love that school, I almost did undergrad there but my first deployment to Iraq got in the way of that plan.
