I'm getting into the land coaching business and I maybe I'm naive, but I think the days of Gurus ripping people off are getting tougher and tougher as information flows so freely with Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and other real estate forums that some "Guru" that is overselling and under delivering isn't going to last very long.
